Rain the Growth Agency helped Schick Hydro® increase sales and capture a new generation of shavers in a competitive category. We created their first-ever DTC website and CRM campaign, supported by paid social, display, and email.
Before Texture was acquired by Apple in 2018, they were on a subscriber growth spurt aided by a TV/video campaign from Rain the Growth Agency. We helped them narrow in on magazine lovers as the target audience, and then simply demonstrated how Texture can deliver the same immersive, lean-back experience that magazine readers love.
This campaign helped people in Covid-19 lockdown find a way to select and order stylish new frames and lenses. Using an app, they could easily take a visual test and update their optical prescription. The video was shot by the talent themselves, often with help from their significant others. Supplemental shots were done by the Rain team using company-owned equipment. The promise of the spots is: The most delightful way to buy glasses. Making the spots was also delightful.
