WELCOME TO BREW STREET, USA

EA was excited to partner with Molson Coors to create their annual brand reception. We dug right in, understanding the goals of the event and learnings from previous ones. Our research and strategy would lay the foundation for success. By creating an immersive experience that featured 22 distinctly branded booths.

Molson Coors' annual brand reception is a chance for distributors and employees to come together to toast successes and plan for the future. We created a vibe that brought the 20+ brand experiences together into one cohesive, themed environment.

In 2018, EA drew inspiration from Austin aesthetics and transformed the neutral convention center into a lively Brew Street, reflecting the iconic Rainey Street. In 2019, we created the Molson Coors Boardwalk, playing off of Tampa’s oceanside locale and Riverwalk attractions. Local artists, custom booths and thoughtful entertainment complemented each of the brands.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE TECH CONFERENCE

GitHub Universe is a two-day multi-track conference showcasing the products, services and projects that exist within the GitHub ecosystem as well as its platform and integration partners. Attendees look forward to everything from keynotes to announcements about new features and partnerships. In sessions on the main stage, guest speakers dive into the overall future of software or strive to inspire with interesting, cutting-edge projects. Supplemental training and workshops add to the experience.

From the technical to the tactile, an emphasis on beautiful experiential elements, gorgeous art installations, and an impeccably curated environment sets the GitHub Universe apart. EA created the overall vision and aesthetic for the experience, including designing all the environments and elements — from the main stage to giveaways.

CONFIDENTLY CONNECTING GLOBAL STAKEHOLDERS

Agency EA partnered with Hilton to produce the largest-ever biennial Global Owners Conference, a three-day event in Dallas, Texas. We determined what success meant to Hilton — both during GOC and beyond it — and set out to create an event that would generate excitement and incorporate cutting-edge technology, immersive experiences and world-renowned speakers and performers. In other words, an event worthy of one of the world's largest and fastest-growing hospitality companies.

EA creates an experience with a cohesive vision and immaculately executed details. They imagined creating a conference experience that was both fully immersive for attendees and also reflective of Hilton’s brands and objectives. Taking inspiration from the conference venue, the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, and specifically from Reuben Margolin’s stunning and complex Nebula sculpture, our visual identity included curved elements with hints of motion.

REDEFINING MASCULINITY IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT

Agency EA concepted, produced and executed the MARC Summit by Catalyst as a semi-self-guided, two-day experience that featured keynote presentations from prominent subject matter experts and A-list talent. With its global reach, the MARC Summit sought to redefine what it means to be an ally and encourage an open line of dialogue with some of the world's largest brands.

Also, combine renowned subject matter experts, thought-provoking programming and honest discussions. Six months of work culminated with a two-day, 14-hour Summit rolling out in four phases. EA managed and executed all production components to effectively foster conversation and vulnerability in a virtual environment. Through thoughtfully crafted content, MARC and Catalyst drew attention on a global stage.

CONVENING AND CONNECTING A FOODIE COMMUNITY

EA supported the DoorDash employee facilitator program that engaged DoorDash employees in conversation with attendees (merchant customers) through strategically-themed discussion groups. We leveraged programming and communications through the event platform to drive traffic to this forum for ongoing conversations. The 15+ curated topic discussion boards tied back to session topics where moderators prompted new questions and topics during the event to keep the conversation flowing. These informative threads allowed for attendees to communicate in a group setting while also giving them the opportunity to move to a 1:1 chat if they preferred more direct communication.

EA agency connects DoorDash partners with industry leaders, inspirational restaurateurs, internal experts, and one another to exchange best practices and bolster restaurants with shared experiences and education.
